Surge in Research On Preventing Gun Violence

NPR has a good report on research on gun violence. For the first time in almost twenty years, federal agencies have been putting money into gun violence research.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are offering over $7 million in grants to states to expand the CDC’s National Violence Death Reporting System with the goal of capturing more data on gun deaths.
