Gun Safety Efforts in Nevada

Here is an interesting short article on the prospects for tougher gun laws in Nevada. Gun safety advocates have placed an initiative on the ballot that would expand background checks to cover all gun sales in the state.

Currently Nevada does not require background checks for unlicensed gun dealers at gun shows and private sales.
