Senate Passes Bill To Protect Women and Children From Gun Violence

More excellent news! The Oregon Senate just passed SB 525, which prohibits the possession of a gun or ammunition by people who are subject to a restraining order or who have been convicted of misdemeanor crimes involving domestic violence.

The bill passed the Senate 24-6. Now it’s on to the Oregon House!
