Introduced July 27, 2017 by James “Jim” Clyburn (D - SC 6) 101 cosponsors (D 101) including Congressman Earl Blumenauer and Congresswoman Suzanne Bonamici. Call Congressmen Schrader, DeFazio, and Walden. Tell them to support HB 3464 and require universal background checks so people undergo background checks for ALL gun sales. Oregon already has a universal background check law (SB 941) but a national law is needed to help prevent gun violence.
