HB 3515 : Require Public Safety Officers to Have Training in Nonlethal Techniques

Training public safety officers in nonlethal techniques is a common sense, compassionate, and smart way to reduce gun violence between public safety officers and the public. In this time of high tension on campuses, however, Ceasefire Oregon urges the legislature to prohibit public safety officers from carrying any lethal means.
