HB 2704 : Unfunded Mandate for Metal Detectors In Schools That Prohibited Concealed Carry Guns

Under SB 554B (2021), school districts and governing boards were allowed to prohibit civilians from carrying concealed guns into their buildings. The Republican sponsors of this bill have not stated how this mandate.
