Background Checks Bill Reported Out of Committee To Senate Floor

SB 941, the background checks bill, has been voted out of the Senate Judiciary Committee! Senators Floyd Prozanski, Ginny Burdick, and Sara Gelser voted for the bill, while Senators Jeff Kruse and Kim Thatcher voted against it.

The bill now goes to the Senate floor. We hope to have a vote on the bill by early next week.
