House of Representatives Committee Renews Ban on Researching Gun Violence

This is shameful. American taxpayers pay $12.8 million per day to cover the costs of gun-related violence, and over 30,000 Americans are killed by guns every year. Congress should stand up and allow the CDC to thoroughly research gun violence so we can best know how to reduce it.
